Andrew Fink - Born April 8, 1964; lifetime resident of Charlotte; graduated from Providence Day School in 1982 and obtained his undergraduate degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1986; obtained his JD degree from Campbell University School of Law in 1989 and upon graduation began the practice of law in1989 and established the Law Offices Fink and Hayes ; his parents still live in Charlotte, and was married to Amber Fink in 2005.

Andy Fink is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; he is licensed to practice in North Carolina and all Federal Courts, He is actively involved in the Mecklenburg County Bar partnership with Devonshire Elementary School, in which he enjoys tutoring children in grades 4 through 6.
